Sandy Curry | I've been eating at St. Louis Bread Company Panera Bread for years. Today I ordered a Turkey Breast sandwich with NO Mayo. They gave me lunch meat turkey and it was loaded with mayo under the lettuce. I called to complain and the manager said that they have always served this type of turkey and not the real turkey breast. I argued with him and got no where. Needless to say I won't be going to the Wildwood, MO location ever again. I'll get the real turkey breast at a different location. |
Vanesa Nessaboo | The potato soup was like porridge, clumpy not like a soup at all. The sandwich/panini bread was hard/ tough. This was my first time there. I was excited to try it. I'll never go back again. I even let the staff know I've never been here, don't know what to order they were not helpful at all. Horrible service. |
