Working with McKenna's was a great experience. They were thorough, clean, and respectful as they repaired our church roof. I would recommend them to other businesses in the are.

The painter I hired recommended McKinnis to color match my gutters instead of painting the ones I have. A representative from Blair came to my house and told me he would get back to me in a few weeks. He did not. I called and spoke with the office. They contacted the rep again and he finally called me. He said the warehouse was behind on orders and that he would get back to me. I waited again. He never got back to me. I texted him one last time and he said he was still waiting. The whole timeline waiting for McKinnis to help me has been four months. They never have gotten back to me. And because I waited on McKinnis, my house painting project will not be happening until next year because it is now too cold to paint. If I would have just had my painter paint my trim, instead of waiting on McKinnis, my project would have been done in July or August. This is terrible business practice. The customer service at this company has been terrible. They are not a reliable company. I have been terribly inconvenienced and will be forced to stare at the terrible chipped paint all over my house for 6 more months. Don't go with McKinnis. They let me down and will probably let you down too.

These guys were great. We had a pipe burst while we were out of town, and the guys at McKinnis had us back to normal in no time. Extremely courteous and they do great work. Could not have been happier
