After the roof was installed, we even paid for an independent inspector. The original roofer denied the issues the inspector found. We needed someone reliable to help us, and tell us what was going on. After many positive referrals, we contacted Moose Roofing. Dalton spent a lot of time, and many visits, to detail the issues he saw with the roof beyond what the inspector even found. He also provided us pictures showing the many problems. That would have been enough, but he took it a step further and did some repairs in areas where he knew we would experience leaks, likely before we resolved the issues with the original roofer. Please know that he would not accept any money, and did all of this at no gain to Moose Roofing. The integrity and professionalism was top notch, but the fact that he did all of this just to help us, and wouldn't accept payment, is almost unheard of these days. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks! Thank you, Dalton! |
