From the initial check of the damage with Tim, the insurance adjuster and lining up the workers for the roof, gutters and siding . Tim took care of everything. 18 inches of snow, 55+ mph winds for 36 hours, and no where to turn. I called, and called any business I thought I knew that could help. No answer, I get it, it was a terrible storm and people were busy. I then talked to a good friend who had used Apple Roofing before and he made one phone call on my behalf. They literally pulled a guy off a job by the name of Tim to come take a look at my problem. I was expecting the worst possible scenario, was ready for a huge let down. What I was told was the honest truth, had them look at a couple other issues and they let me know when the snow was gone they would be on my issues. It was just nice to see someone drop what they were doing and rush out in only 35 minutes to address an issue. Service in any industry is a lost art, they still get it.
