Building a deck myself. Ordered supplies and scheduled to have delivered. I confirmed with sales guy delivery date because I needed to schedule my help. Materials didn't show up. No courtesy call. NO SHOW. I called they said it was going to be the next day. I get upset. Guy rudely proceeds to tell me I should have been told x, y and z...they're busy and blah, blah, blah. Now I have to inform the people helping me they didn't need to take that whole day off work because I don't have the material. I wouldn't be so upset but the guy guaranteed me the materials would be here the day we scheduled...AND...I had to call to get an update when their intentions where never to deliver on the day that it was scheduled. They knew at the beginning of the day that my order was not going to be delivered...why not make a courtesy call?? I paid cash. I will not be using this poorly ran business again.

We walked into the store and wanted to look at lumber. My boyfriend has a furniture business and wanted to look at the wood before buying. The woman at the lumber order desk was very rude and not willing to help. When he gave her the specs she rudely said “we don't have boards that small.” How are we supposed to know what you do and don't have when we can't even go into the yard to look. We don't know your catalog off-hand??? TERRIBLE customer service. This was our first time in here and we would have been back many more times to buy wood if anyone had been nice to us. The woman checking us out tried to help out but no one seems to know what's going on in this place. They do not make it easy for walk in customers to shop for wood and they also have a no-sort policy. They definitely aren't catered to furniture makers.
