Moose Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Omaha, Nebraska

I was extremely impressed with the reviews and word of mouth referrals I received about Moose Roofing. So i decided to use the online tool to schedule an appointment. It was fantastic how quick and easy it was. I was able to have someone come out the next day and take a look at my roof. The gentleman came out and spoke to me briefly and then told me he was really busy the rest of the day but would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday to let me know his findings. Fast forward to Wednesday, no call l. No big deal things come up. So Thursday around 3PM I call the office. I was told that the estimator was in the office and he would call me shortly. Still no call after 1.5 hours and office was getting ready to close. I understand if you need more time but as a potential customer I hoped for you to be more responsive. If you did need more time or additional information all you had to do was pick up the phone, send me an email or a text to let me know.

Moose Roofing is the best company I have ever worked for. Pat and Zac are two of the best people you could ever work for. They care about their employees and they care about their work and their customers. What they do everyday is for their employees and their customers. The sales staff is amazing they make sure they help their customers from the initial inspection to the roof being completed. They put their customers ahead of anything and everything else. I will recommend this company today and years to come.
