Takoda Green Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Omaha, Nebraska

Very poor craftsmanship, quality of work, and customer service. Our roofing job was left incomplete. We asked for the work to be finished prior to paying the remaining balance and they refused, saying "it's good enough, our job is done." The flashing didn't match, the job site had debris from roofing nails everywhere, and work was left half done. We ended up having to hire another company come finish the work and they had to correct multiple things because the work was not done to code. We tried to discussed our concerns regarding the work with the owner, Jason, and he yelled at us over the phone. The owner likely has anger issues. He is revengeful, spiteful, and belligerent on the phone to customers. Do I think that this company can and has done quality work? It is obvious from the handful of 5 star reviews that they have. However, when and if the work does not get done correctly, which is bound to happen from time to time human error and such, do you want to deal with an owner who become prideful, arrogant, and scares you as a customer or one who works diligently to help solve the error and conflict? Choose wisely. Choose someone else.

Takoda Green did a phenomenal job handling my hail damage insurance claim. My situation was very complicated and involved a protracted dispute with my insurance company. Takoda stuck with us through thick and thin and we ultimately reached a successful conclusion. When it was time to begin the work, they moved quickly and the work was very high quality.
