We recently purchased a home that A&A Roofing & Exteriors had replaced shingles, gutters, drain spouts, etc. for the previous owner within a month of our closing. There were a couple items of concern that I requested a representative to come out and inspect shortly after we moved in. Over the phone, I was told that the warranty transferred to us and they would provide documentation for us when they came out. First of all, I was impressed that someone actually followed through on the appointment since the work had been performed and they'd already been paid! Eric personally attended our initial meeting, as well as taking care of the subsequent items of concern; insuring it was completed to our satisfaction. While at the house, a couple things I really appreciated were that he took the time to educate me on some of the details of our particular roof materials and roofing in general. He was also thoughtful enough to use ladder pads, ensuring no damage or scratches when leaning it against the new gutters... something another contractor didn't bother to do when getting on our roof, resulting in scratched paint on the gutter. Not a big deal, but I mention because Eric is a detail guy and cares enough to make that extra effort. I don't write many reviews, but requested to do so after experiencing their level of service and expertise. I highly recommend these guys!

Eric was great to work with. Very responsive and kept me informed about timing of the work, options for colors, quality, etc, and handled everything with the insurance company. Very pleased!
