The sewer was backing up into the shower/tub and Mickey came out same day. He stuck to the VERY REASONABLE quote he gave me over the phone and he gave me some great advice for how to make this process which will inevitably have to be done again thanks to some awful orangeburg pipes easier. Mickey really showed a rare quality in his care for his customers, and I trust him, his recommendations and his company implicitly. Really grateful and a forever client.

I scheduled an appt with them last week and was told someone when call and confirm. When no one called to confirm on day of my appt, called and was told they would be here. They did not show up, the plumber called and told me they had other big jobs happening this week and he won't be able to come out this way. Sadly, he accepted the appt, then blew me off and couldnt be bothered to call and cancel. He was aware what the issue was and how far away I lived when he accepted the job and he accepted it anyway and then decided he didnt want to travel.
