| Karissa Sherman | I scheduled an appt with them last week and was told someone when call and confirm. When no one called to confirm on day of my appt, called and was told they would be here. They did not show up, the plumber called and told me they had other big jobs happening this week and he won't be able to come out this way. Sadly, he accepted the appt, then blew me off and couldnt be bothered to call and cancel. He was aware what the issue was and how far away I lived when he accepted the job and he accepted it anyway and then decided he didnt want to travel. |
