After my original review, Ricky contacted me to get more details of why my review was rated at two stars. He came out to my house, conducted a walk around and then said he would make things right, and he did! The very next day I received an email letting me know they had ordered me a new American flag and offered to retire the one in the photo. I was also informed they would be sending someone out to conduct a sweep of my property to gather any stray nails and remove a scuff on the side of my home. I am very please with the way Ricky handled the situation. |
