| havanafun . | I owe my life to Bob Tortorice and his highly skilled tradesmen. Bob has been working on my rental house, The Butternut Cottage, in Sugar Hill, NH since 2010 or maybe even earlier. He has done several projects at the house, including extensive insulation of walls, ceiling, and basement, installation of a fan system in a bath, and more. Bob coordinated the installation of a geothermal system, propane stove, and hot water heater. The work has met high quality and safety standards and met or went beyond my expectations. Two weeks ago, Bob and his crew were on the scene to save my house from extensive flooding caused by heavy snowfall in the area. He will be installing a second sump pump in the basement and a French drain system to prevent further water damage. |
