Went in to explain an issue we are having with the plumbing, man decides to say "Yea that could be just abt anything" and walks away from me. Assumed that maybe the other person was there before me. So I wait 5 min. He comes back and stares at me, and I explain a little more, he says the same thing to me. Rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and do NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you can find somewhere else to get what you need...do it. Going to this place isn't worth the aggravation. Ended up going to The Ultimate Bath Store in Rochester. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall decent people. |
