Get a delivery time if 1:45-5:45 on a Saturday. Wait home all afternoon. At six I call to get an update. Get told I am two deliveries away. Call at 7, told I am one delivery away. Call at nine and the delivery company is closed, so I call Home Depot directly and after twenty minutes of being transferred by the automated system I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me the deliveries stopped for the night. I understand things get messed up, but not even a phone call is ridiculous. |
