Kevin Hsu | I don't think they care very much about customer service here. The feeling I got there was a sense of annoyance from staff. I found it difficult to get anyone to offer a “hello may I help you?” One young guy there did offer help which was much appreciated after initial blank stares from most of the first couple staff who punted my inquires to him. One other reviewer said “rude” - I can see why they felt that way. Too bad. I doubt they were always this way given they have more than one location. I hope the owners can help change their culture. |
