Needed to replace our roof and looked around for a reputable company and found all the positive reviews for Novalis, that they were a local company was a bonus. We also contacted another roofing contractor. Novalis provided the most detailed estimate for the job and although their quote was more than the other contractor- we felt that for a roofing job it is better to go with the company that you think will do everything to manufactures specs on the install so we went with Novalis and are glad we did. Team worked over to 2 days, covered our landscaping to protect our plants and cleaned up well only found a few roofing nails after. We would not hesitate to recommend Novalis to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

I am a contractor and was working on a large project in Harding Township. And saw a large roofing project in progress by Novalis Large Cedar roof. While working on my project I was able to talk to the home owner about the roof being replaced. She explained to me the situation she had with another company, and said Novalis was in to do the way it should be done. She gave a glowing review of her experience at that time. I was in the market to replace the roof on my home which was originally a barn. Parts of my home were built as early as 1795 and various additions over the years. Needless to say it was a complex job, and was not done well in the past. I had 5 contractors come out to give estimates and talk about what they were going to do. Novalis had the most comprehensive understanding of the job, and the experience to be able to do it right. They delivered on everything discussed and even some additional work that came up. They also involved me throughout the process when there were other things not directly related their work that I should be aware of. They didn't just ignore things and go over them. I got photos of the progress and any issues throughout the process. Pricing was competitive especially for the work being done. More importantly I had the confidence that the job was being done right which is more important to me than price. The end product was well worth it. I would highly recommend Novalis in the future.
