HM Contracting – Roofing Contractor in Dover, New Jersey

After doing a garage roof for a friend they referred HM Contracting to me to replace my house roof. I've had experience with replacing roofs and received several estimates I considered outrageous. Henry at HM quickly worked up an estimate worked that was reasonable. Unfortunately we had to wait more than 7 months to start but when I contacted Henry late March he got it done within 2 weeks. House is in a small confined dead so I was concerned about debris and nails on the road. Henry and his crew not only did a great job on the roof itself but were meticulous in their clean up. Henry was always responsive and explained specifically what would be done, called with questions, and delivered what was contracted. I would recommend HM and Henry to anyone. Their work speaks for itself.

After 25 years, I had to replace my house roof. I was blessed to find HM Contracting to do it. Henry and his team are great. They work very hard and very smart. They are punctual,friendly and respectful. They take great care to keep the area clean and mindful not to damage the house, shrubs, deck, etc. He even added vents on the house and garage roof as well as caulked the dormer windows. This was not in the contract and did it at no cost. Henry takes pictures as the work progresses to keep you informed of what is being done. Excellent work at a reasonable price.
