| W T | I had this company replaced my roof in 2013. Last year, I noticed a leak in the garage ceiling. Called and emailed Daiana several times. Gave me the run around and pushed the issue with GAF. Then after a few more weeks of follow up, Ricardo drops by and puts more sealant in the flashing and tells me the leak is fixed. Fast forward new year 2020, we had one day of heavy rain and the garage ceiling was soaked. Texted Ricardo and he said to email Daiana to open a work order. Last time I heard from both. I went with another roofer who fixed the problem that Pardini created for 600. So, if you're looking for a roofer, run don't walk from Pardini! This company does not stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs! |
| djm DJM | Pardini replaced the roofs and skylights in my condominium complex which was completed a month ago. I cannot speak to the quality of the roof as yet. However, he interior trim of the skylights is sloppy and unattractive. Also, while the work has been done for several weeks, the company has left heavy equipment and a dumpster in our parking lot for some reason, despite the management company's repeated requests to remove it. |
