We just bought a home in Cherry Hill that needed roof, gutter and siding repairs. I called Value Roofing and spoke to the owner, Phil, who came out the same day to meet me at the house and provide a quote for the work. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave a great price for the job. There was quality written all over the work Phil and his crew did, and he sent me photos of the progress throughout the day. I would recommend Value Roofing to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price. Phil is a good guy who goes above and beyond in his work. He even helped connect us to people in his network when we decided to get a new fence.

Phil, the project manager, worked with me for over a month helping me get approval from my home owner's insurance on replacing the roof for my home and garage that was damaged in a wind storm. Phil's knowledge on all things roofing is second to none and his professionalism is exactly what you want in a contractor for any job. When the day finally came for his team to start the project they were amazing. Every one of the worker's did an efficent and incredible job and I could not be happier with the way my home turned out. They not only tore off 3 layers of shingles from my roof, but also had to replace old rotten roof decking including missing rafters that were never installed to help support my roof. The team layed out these beautiful shingles after getting the stucture nice and sound and put gorgeous copper flashing around my chimney and bay window that really makes my home stand out. The wood supporting my gutters were also improperly installed previously, but Value Roofing made sure they fixed that the proper way so I won't have to worry about leaking ever again. This was all done in one day! Phil was on scene the entire day and made sure I knew everything that was being done and why it was important to make my home safe and to save me money down the line. I called 6 contractors out when I was first looking to start this job and none of them could have come close to what Phil and Value Roofing have done for me. Thank you again.

The roof they replaced for me had a ton of moss and black streaks on the shingles which were built up for over 25 years. I also had 1 leaky area in the upstairs 2nd bedroom, so I knew it was time for a new roof. I called Value Roofing and Phillip came over later that same day and gave me a great quote with a great warranty. Phillip also explained that my roof didn't have a drip edge, nor a ridge vent. He explained why both are necessary and the benefits they would add. He included both in the roofing system, and I am so happy he did. I got a premium roof with an outstanding warranty, and the price was pretty decent too. They did a wonderful job on my roof and it turned out great. I'm totally impressed with their caring professionalism and terrific customer service. I'm very happy with Value Roofing and I highly recommend them.
