I was pleased that the principal acknowledged that there was a miscommunication between myself and the vice president and replaced the area of the roof that was leaking. As it happened, the roof replacement was not properly repaired and caused damage to the walls, carpeting, flooring and basement. When called back they claimed that there were some holes in the siding and caulked them. The problem was incorrect repair of the roof. I sent an email to the principal, as well as, a certified letter. The email was not answered and the certified letter went unclaimed. I gave them a chance to correct the problem and there was no response. Under no circumstances should they be called to repair anything, gutter or roof. It is a shame that so-called professionals don't know what they are doing.
