Not only did I and my neighbor encounter several problems with Cross Builders during my Hurricane Sandy rebuild, I recently 12/17/18 became aware of several problems created by a subcontractor Cross hired to install a new furnace in the attic. Apparently permits for the installation were not acquired nor would the have passed inspection and could have caused a fire. BUYER BEWARE. During the rebuild process, Cross had trouble keeping subcontractors, properly appraising such subcontractors of the scope of work, keeping subcontractors on the job to get the work done on time substantially missed the mark on a couple of price quotes. |
