Ace Home Improvements – Roofing Contractor in Manalapan Township, New Jersey

We used Ace Home Improvement for the very first time for our new windows. Our experience with the company was fantastic. Rich, who we signed the contract with, was there for us through out the entire process, answering our questions and keeping us informed. The install crew was professional, friendly, clean and very skilled. We couldn't be more happier with our new Starmark Evo Windows. Excellent quality windows for a great price! Where to start. Wanted to build 2nd floor deck. Contacted few companies and ACE came up with best pricing. Signed Contract in April with Keith and provided him with 35 down payment. After waiting 2 months reached out to Keith and was told that there was an issue with Township but at this point he was responsive and worked to get the permit for Construction. Once permit was received he sent over couple of guys that cut 3 holes in my lower deck and dug them out for the footings. No one came back to site for a month. Contacted Keith and he promised that someone will be there next day. No one showed up next day, on the 6th false promise of someone to be there I've lost my patience and demanded money back, since they are unwilling or unable to do work. At this point Keith was not returning my calls or texts. Finally after another 2 months Keith returned my calls and sent someone to dig footings deeper. Person that showed up cut my sprinkler lines and almost cut Electrical and Gas lines. Apparently they did not call in company to mark out all lines. Bottom line is, its September 6th today and all we have is 3 dug out holes with dirt all over my deck after 5 months of constant false promises and lies. There is waste container sitting in my driveway all this time that prevents me from parking my car in a garage or sealing my driveway for Fall and Winter to prevent further damage to it. My advise to anyone considering ACE for future projects is to avoid at all cost. I will do another post when and if they ever complete this job.
