He has some woman answering as phones and she gives every excuse Under the Sun why Mr Cella can't come to the phone. Mr Cella has been avoiding me for over 1year. they charged me 12,000 for my roof and it already started leaking in one week. The leak has destroyed my ceilings on my walls and furniture and flooring. and I still have not been able to get him to come back and fix these things. He should reimburse me for all my losses. I guess I got to file a civil suit against him |
