Scott returned my SOS call immediately, was at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the situation, told me what he could do clear a terrible clog that was sending sewage back up into our house and what he could not do replace a pipe fixture that was compromised, but not in need of immediate replacement, and then had everything sorted out within another hour. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows what he is doing. He is also former US military, which I appreciate and respect. The work is not cheap, BUT I think that is just the nature of this type of emergency service. I didn't have time to do any comparative pricing, but I believe that it is well within reasonable. Highly recommended.
