I always have a problem writing bad reviews. I feel like this one is much deserved. They were scheduled to be here on a Monday. Weather was fine Monday and Tuesday. They didn't show up till Saturday with no notice. So we were unable to cover our belongings. They broke things around our home inside and out. They ripped our dish off the roof, when remounting it they did a half butt job. We were told they would have someone come the following day to align it so we could get our service back. This was two days before thanksgiving. Needless to say they didn't. I really feel like they have no clue what they are doing. They left supplies and trash in my front yard. Literally no respect.

I could not be more pleased by my experience with Quality Masters Roofing. We sustained some hail damage on our tar and gravel roof and it started leaking. The insurance company originally denied our claim and we had trouble finding roofers who were willing to take on the insurance company. A friend gave us the info for David at Quality Masters who came out, assessed the situation, and then took on the insurance company. David was able to show them the damage and the Quality Masters team worked tirelessly to get us a good roofing system. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that Quality Masters was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our insurance company covered everything they were supposed to. The crew at Quality Masters has been friendly, professional, and helped us get to a great outcome.

Quality Masters Roofing is one of the most professional organizations I've worked with through my firm. I met the owner of the company Aaron when he came to my family's house to help us get our roof replaced. We talked about what I do solar installations, and he invited me to consult his customers with a brand new roof to help them even more by saving on their electric bill. So far it has been a great relationship because I feel comfortable sending my clients roofs to such an honest and reliable company; and he has been able to start moving his customers over to an energy savings that immediately helps them save on electricity.
