| Ron | Oasis installed the well nearly 20 years ago. I was without water over the weekend and changed out the clearly blown capacitor. Unfortunately that did not work. Oasis came out Monday morning and checked the entire system, they tried every other inexpensive thing first to save the worst scenario however found that the pump was bad. Their service was remarkable. They never tried to cheat me or take any shortcut. They had a replacement pump overnighted and installed the next day. I gave them every opportunity to sell me a bigger/ better/ more expensive/ pump however they explained that it could cause problems. Other people would have jumped at the opportunity to oversell me. The pump they installed was more than powerful enough to do everything I needed and they replaced other various parts check valves, gauges, etc... that could have gone bad in the near future. Everything they did was designed to prevent a future problem. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know who has had any issues. They may be a little more expensive than a DIY job but, they do it right the first time. As my wife was quoted, "The well is not a DIY project. You won't be able to smile your way out of screwing it up." Don't mess around, get it done right. Gary is your guy! |
