The next week I still had not heard anything so I called and asked again. The girl who answered said he was not working that day, but looked at the paperwork and told me the estimate was still not put together. As of today, about 2 months later I never was contacted about the estimate. My realtor recommended this company and said she has not encountered this problem before, but I will find a more reliable company based on my own personal experience with them.
