| Gary Bost | I have used Chaparral a few years ago with excellent service. They were very good about scheduling an appointment and showed up on time. However, our Air Conditioner quit working and we called Chaparral on a Tuesday. They said they would be able to come by on Thursday or Friday. They did not show on Thursday so I called them late in the day to confirm that they would be able to come to the house on Friday. The individual I spoke to said "That is the plan". The following morning I called D&D Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. D&D's technician came by the house and repaired the air conditioner. Not surprisingly, we were never contacted by Chaparral. |
