After I called Andrew company representative he told me that our roof needs more extensive repair and we agree. The job was done we paid 1050. the roof starts leaking in 2 adjusting area much bigger than it leaked before all repairs. We contacted the company again. Andrew told us that the roof is very old and needs complete re-installation for 3-4 thousand . This roof was installed 20 years ago, which is not old for shingles roof and the second layer was put less than 10 years ago. I called the company numerous times to try to speak to any person in charge and left massage, but nobody returns my calls. Company which is called Responsible Remodeling apparently not responsible for their job. |
