Ned Stevens came on 5/18 to power wash house and garage. My wife and I were skeptical because it's a big house. We use Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning also and they do a great job.job was supposed to be done between 1and4 they arrived at 11:15 which was very nice.after 3 hours my house looked as good or better than it ever did! Ned Stevens did a GREAT job the crew was very professional very courteous and meticulous.this is why we use Ned Stevens because they go above and beyond and their crews genuinely care about the job they are doing. So thanks again for a GREAT job!

I was so impressed. I called and they were able to come out the next day. They do charge an emergency service fee , it was worth the price. The men were thorough , polite, and extremely efficient. They took out every leaf and clog and ran the water through finding the source of my interior water damage. I was able to find out the source was not the gutters but the roof. They recommended us a company. Since then I have used them for repairs, power washing, & window cleaning. So glad I found this company, they certainly have become my go to.

First off, I use a pseudonym when posting because I am not comfortable with online communication. But I am a real person who had to share about my experiences with Ned Stevens. We have some tricky family dynamics going on and your customer service reps were extremely patient and helpful during my efforts to deal with our issues as it related to the work you recommended. One family member refuses to allow the work to be done at this time. In my efforts to help him understand the need and reason for the work as well as the process, I had to enlist the time and patience and expertise of your customer service staff this week with multiple calls. Henry and Mary Ann and Justin were all extremely courteous and helpful. They spent a lot of time and effort to help me. I was struck by the exceptional service they provided. I deal with many vendors and people on a daily basis and it was refreshing to experience this in this day and age. Though we didn't have the work done because this family member is obstinate and unreasonable, this was handled professionally by your staff. We have used Ned Stevens for the past 20 years and have always been happy with their services.
