I would highly recommend Big rose Construction to anyone need of Brownstone facade restoration, brick pointing, and Brownstone Cornice repair. We recently purchased a Brownstone house Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn. We need Brownstone faced restoration, Cornice repair and Brick pointing rear of the house. I called few construction companies and the Big rose Construction provided us with a comprehensive review and estimate which made so much more sense. Big rose Construction was professional on every level. Detailed explanations were provided for each step and all of my questions were answered. The work on the Brownstone facade restoration, brick pointing, and Cornice repair was done expertly and skillfully, with products that seemed superior. They were on the job everyday as promised and they actually finished prior to the projected completion date. They were careful to protect our household items, and when finished they did a great job cleaning up the work area. Lastly, we felt the fee charged for these repairs was very reasonable as compared to another estimate we received. Hands down I would absolutely recommend Big rose Construction as I found them to be extremely professional, fair-minded and honest in their approach, and their quality of work superior.

In may, we noticed a major leak and promptly had another company come in and repair it. We noticed weeks later that the leak had continued after that repair--the first company came in again to repair, and again there was no change. That company did two more repairs, with no change in the leak, before we called Big Rose CONSTRUCTION looked at the roof/leak once and pointed to where he thought the leak was coming from, but he recommended an infrared analysis his recommendation for a provider was great, and the company was extremely helpful and communicative to confirm. The spot he pointed to was not identified by our previous roofer, but the infrared company confirmed that Raja was exactly right.Big Rose construction brought a team in to complete the repair before a major rainstorm earlier this week, and he followed up during the storm to see how it had held up. For the first time in 5 months, the leak is fixed! No water at all. We were so relieved. Big Rose CONSTRUCTION is straightforward and very responsive via text or call. I wish we had known about him when we first noticed the leak!! Highly, highly recommend Big Rose construction
