Could not be more impressed with these guys, not only were they very thorough and communicative, they completed the job ahead of schedule and went above and beyond for us! After a couple of years I am writing this review about the renovation Dawn Contractors did on my apartment. Their work left me feeling taken advantage of. They are inexperienced, sloppy and unprofessional. I have a glued together broken kitchen granite countertop. The walls where the ceiling meets are crooked and sloppy. They left a cable cord stapled to the walls that I was able to rip out in one swoop so I don't understand why they left it and painted over it. Just sloppy work in every room in my apartment whether it's the floors or the walls or or fixtures their isn't one room that I can say that was done expertly. My boyfriend can do 1000 times better then how they renovated my apt. It took me over 2 years to write a review because I didn't want to see it. It wasn't a cheap job and I felt totally taken advantage of. Don't hire them.

wonderful experience. They truly want to reach a resolution. I will update my review if necessary but I don't think I'll ever have a problem with the roof anymore, this is a great company to do business with!
