Same thing happened to me as the preview review. They fixed an issue in my balcony, we had a recurrence a few months ago and Matt and his team particularly Christine are simply the most unreliable people I ever had to deal with. They never reply, never answer and if by a miracle they answer an email, they schedule a time and don't show up. I definitely would never recommend these guys and, given the leak happened again after a few months, I would be very skeptical in even using their services if they ever reply to you.
