| Ms. Similien K087 | If I can give this business a nagative one star I would. They are highly unprofessional, do sloppy work and inconsiderate of your time. Sunday, September 23,2018 I got windows installed. The casing on the exterior of the window is not a continuous piece.The contractor placed silicon caulk on the cut ends which will not withstand to elements and will create water damage over time. There is no casing on the upper portion of the window on the exterior which gives the window an unfinished appearance.There is still a draft coming in from the inside where the casing is missing. This will create a problem for me in the winter where cold air will leak into my apartment.The interior upper portion of the window is also unfinished. The caulking throughout the windows is sloppy. This work is completely unacceptable and I paid for the work with the assurance that I will be provided with quality work. Then they called a week later saying someone will come at 3 p.m. on October 7, 2018. 30 minutes later no call and no show. I advice everyone do not waste your money and time getting your windows done with this company! |
