United Restoration Group – Roofing Contractor in Brooklyn, New York

First off, I have to say United came highly recommended to my husband and I by a good friend. I usually don't write reviews but I know how hard it is to find a reliable and honest contractor. I spent my time doing my research before going with United. I had 5 contractors come out to give me estimates but most of them were a little shady, high price, low priced or not professional. United is the exact opposite. They gave us a fair price a little on the higher side, but you get what you pay for, they were honest, clean edged, organized and when it came time to the install they followed through on all their promises and were very detail oriented. We now recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I am very happy with United. They did a great job installing my roof. My friend had there roof done with them 10 years ago and saved their phone number. When my roof started leaking my friend told me to call them. They sent out an inspector the next day and they gave me a reasonable price for the roof. They had to reschedule a couple of times because of rain, but when they showed up they were very efficient and showed me exactly what they were doing. I was very comfortable with them throughout the entire process.

My wife and I felt that dealing with United was a refreshing experience. Their workers were friendly, attentive and responsive to our questions and requests when they were replacing our flat roof in Fresh Meadows. When they were up on the roof they discovered there was a hole by the gutter on the siding where squirrels were coming in and out. Luckily they got the squirrels out and sealed it up for us. They go above and beyond and we are very appreciative.
