| Corrin Matthews | Black rock did our roof and its a great roof! They did it quick just 2 days and they even were able to schedule around the fact that we work from home. We were beyond pleased. They did what they said they would do. The only downside is that in the process our siding got damaged, but they worked with us to sort out how to get it repaired without conflict. They sent real people to give real quotes and they were totally fair. We couldn't believe how great they were from start to finish. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is because they are pros and that damage shouldn't have happened. Also because while we were able to communicate openly and resolve the damage without conflict...it did take nearly 2 months to accomplish. But otherwise...there is a not a negative thing we could say about hiring them or working with them. They really are a great company. And we would gladly recommend them to anyone. |
