Great service and the roof looks great! They were able to accommodate scheduling changes around other projects at the house. They were also true to their estimate. They called me frequently during the project to explain a few minor changes and issues encountered and the next day you would not have known they were ever on my property, except the nice new roof. They are meticulous, clean and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

I was due for a new roof after a couple repairs and the winds in February proved that as I had a number of shingles blow off. I shopped around and received 4 quotes. After doing my homework I decided upon Tri Town. They had good reviews, I knew a person who used them who raves about them, their warranty is great and they came off very professional. After signing the contract I had to wait 2-3 months as they were backlogged with roofs if it was more urgent they would have slotted me earlier - probably the only thing that wasn't positive, but it wasn't an issue. The communication throughout the process was great as I could always get a hold of someone with questions / status update as well as leading up to the install date. It took 3 days of a crew of 7. They didn't rush it, were very professional, incredibly nice, and most important, they did a great job. They did a fantastic job cleaning up as well. It's been a few months and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend them.
