Elizabeth Fettinger | I just bought a new home, wasn't even living there a month when I woke up to no water. During this pandemic I felt so lost , financially hard shipped and as I was crying at my kitchen table, your commercial came on. I called the number and boom ,someone returned my call in 3 mins. The gentlemen who called me back asked me questions i never thought of to help me assess the situation at hand, did i check my electric box? Did i look at this to make sure it had power? He made me feel as he was trying to fix it before being charged to come out. Needless to say I needed him on site in which he showed up within 20 mins. He came in and explained what I had softeners , which I thought were other things and stated he needed my blue teapot. As i stated I just bought this house and insisted this was all I had for him to fix as I lived on a concrete slab and this was my water system. The gentlemen followed the water pipes and low and behold he discovered I had a basement in which I never knew about. It was a shock at first, but then he went down and there was my teapot, and there was my issue. My pressure switch went, he tapped it , and it brought back my water for a moment than it shut off again . It needed to be replaced which was to be expected , something must be fixed when you have no water, but if it wasn't for this gentlemen i don't think i would have ever discovered this part of my house, nor do I think if i called anyone else they would have been this through and helpful. At the end of it all , he helped me more than just fixing my water. To say I am happy and satisfied with the service is an understatement , I am forever grateful and astounded by what i received that day. Thank you again |

sei val | The guy showed up fast which is the only positive. It cost 278 for the guy to start up the pilot light on our furnace. Then he told us that the heat exchangers were rotted out and we would need to replace our furnace within a month or we would end up with carbon monoxide poisoning. A family friend came out because that of course terrified us. He adjusted the air, looked ALL around the furnace and made sure to give us a carbon monoxide detector for free. Also said the heat exchangers were fine. It's a shame you charge so much and take people for a ride. Don't recommend. |
