The inspector took his time with me to explain the materials they would be using and how the straps would be installed. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I received a reminder call the day before the work was to be started. The crew that came to the house promptly identified themselves and were very respectful of me and my property. They were quite and focused and the job was completed before the end of the day. When they were finished they took the time to review what they had done and answered any remain questions I had. A couple days later I received a follow up call from the company to make sure everything had been done. I would definitely recommend them. |
