I called for a quote for repairs on a leaky flat roof on my building in Farmingdale. The roof had quite a few small leaks and the rep who came out identified what he thought the trouble spots were and showed me with pictures where they were and what his plan was to fix them. Their quote was quite reasonable and their work was apparently good as we had a very strong and long lasting rain all day yesterday and we were completely dry. Reasonable, efficient and effective, highly recommend.

We hired Wagner Construction to replace our roof, siding including trim and soffits and some windows on our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. When we met with Ken for a quote, we were immediately impressed by the amount of time he spent with us, his attention to detail, and the ideas he had and solutions he proposed to work within our budget. Ken came across as a genuinely nice guy who aimed to please. Wagner's quote was detailed and the price was very competitive with other quotes we received. What ultimately led us to select Wagner, was how comfortable we felt working with Ken, and that his company had performed work on our neighbor's property, which turned out beautifully as well. The renovation project was well planned, and each aspect was done in a timely and professional manner. Ken was at the job site every day to oversee the work and make sure that everything went according to plan. The whole job was completed over the course of 5 days not consecutive due to weather. Wagner had a different crew for the roof, the windows and the siding, and all of the teams were proficient in their respective crafts. His teams are compromised of exceptionally hard workers, all of whom showed up early in the morning and worked diligently through the day until the project was completed. All in all we were delighted with the results, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ken and Wagner Construction to anyone contemplating a home renovation project.
