Excellent and fast service. Chris and Ryan arrived early within the expected time range to give a free estimate for a new chimney liner. Chris was thorough in his inspection and explained everything about the estimate and what needed to be done. Confidently answered all of my questions with no hard sell. I was impressed enough to go ahead with the installation and even though it was a difficult job, they completed it within the expected time. Very nice guys, very good service.

If I could give zero stars I would! They called me to clean my chimney for a "special rate". I made an appointment. When they arrived immediately upon seeing the chimney they reacted like the whole thing was ready to collapse on itself. Claimed I needed a new liner. Gave me a "special price". When I told them I needed to get more than just his quote he cut more money off the price however that price was only good if I said yes right then and there. I do not appreciate being bullied. I had a family friend in the business come take a look at my chimney. The only thing that needed to be fixed was a small patch right at the bottom. Oh yeah, they never actually cleaned the chimney but had no problem taking my actual money for not doing so. Essentially I paid money for what most do for freean estimate. Oh and don't try to get a hold of this company, you'd have an easier time actually speaking with Santa Claus.

How can you ever know if a company is good except over time. They came when they said they would come, did what they said they would do, and the guys were charming. Only time will tell.
