My wife had some questions so we set up an appointment to discuss the job in more detail and they never showed up. We called and expressed our concerns politely about the lack of communication on their part and in response got "we already sent you a quote, what's your problem?" I'm sure they do fine work, but I would not give money to someone who doesn't respond, skips appointments, and is rude when questioned why. |
