I myself am a young man with a family and didn't know much about construction and he gave me a chance and took me under his wing to teach me. He pays very well and treats employees very well. He has been nothing but caring and fair. He had also done all he could and went above and beyond to help Jake the best he could but Jake is the type of person to constantly screw people over and start problems unfortunately. His wages were not held. when Jake quit his check was mailed out. Some people are just immature and ungrateful no matter how much you do for them. Kirk Starkweather construction is a great business to consider we have a great crew that works hard and does outstanding work and a great leader to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction.
