| Jenny Fulginiti | Leasing in a house currently to be maintenanced by Christian Brothers Construction, owned by Sean Dwight. There is an ant infestation, a wasp infestation, a gnat infestation, and I had the largest beetle I've ever seen attack me in the master bedroom. The oil bill is extremely high since it is not fuel efficient. The hot water tank is also leaking, leading to unnecessary oil being burned. We've been asking him for months to fix these problems but he never does. the lawn only gets cut once every 20 days. This winter he refused to plow our driveway and it lead to us getting stuck in the driveway multiple times and even maintenance crew trucks getting stuck in our driveway as well. Sean Dwight pretends to be a good Christian but he is a scam artist. After agreeing not to sell the house, he is selling it out from underneath our lease even after hearing my father was diagnosed with cancer a week before. He is being sued for a car wreck caused by his drivers and I hope it drains him of every penny he has. If Sean Dwight of Christian Brothers Construction tries to sell you 239 Petkewec Road in Hartwick/Cooperstown NY, do not buy it because it's falling apart and he never took care of the place! He will hide all the flaws with cheap repairs and then dump you with a ridiculous mortgage and try to scam you of your money. |
