Edward Gagliardi	We had a clogged toilet so I called IBS. They came out and cleared the clog and the service was excellent. However we had to pay with a debit card. The gentleman wrote the debit card number on the bill perfectly but a week later I get a call that the card was declined. She thought she may have inverted a number. I gave her the numbers once again and she told me she would run the card again tomorrow. We don't know what she did but as of yesterday the card still wasn't charged. Today I check my mail and there was a bill for the service with the words credit card declined on it. WTH people if you had entered the numbers right you would have got your money already. Now they will have to wait for a check in the mail. Awesome service people very very poor customer service. The card was declined do to their error.
