| Todd D. | A couple of years ago, I had Mr. Fussy come fix a leak I had because of some poor work that a previous roofer had done. I liked their philosophy of fixing the problem the right way instead of just putting a band-aid on the problem and calling it a day. So when I got another bigger leak in a different part of the roof because of the same previous bad roofer, I called Mr. Fussy to come look at it. When they told me what needed to be done to ensure that there would be no leaks, I agreed to the work. Due to a miscommunication, they didn't do all of the work they said would be needed. When I called him back, he admitted his mistake and said he would make it right. The next week they were true to their word, fixed their mistake and completed the job. |
