Trinity has been an excellent company to work with. When deciding between Trinity and another company, I valued the fact that your consultant was your project manager. Through past reviews and personal recommendations, we decided to go with Trinity. The owner has great values associated with their work. They use subcontractors to complete the work. These "subs" have worked hand-in-hand with Trinity and it shows in the interactions between the subs and Trinity. The subs know their expectations and Jenny was a great project manager as she holds them accountable for those expectations and wants them to do the job correct the first time to avoid having to re-do it. She is there before the team arrives to receive them, the materials, and the dumpster and comes back periodically throughout the day. You are in constant contact with Jenny and she informs you, with pictures, of any issues and solutions found. We had a complete tear-off roof that was much more work than anticipated due to leaks that were not obvious. The team coordinated extremely well and cleaned up wonderfully. The new roof looks amazing and the subs even cleaned my gutters many thanks, by the way! I look forward to having siding and new gutters completed by Trinity in the next month. Overall, a company you can feel confident will get the job done the right way!
