| Michael Rosen | 3/10/20 - Do not use this plumber. First off if you look at the list of reviewers, Lee Rosenthal who gave a 5 star review is an employee of the company. He is also an untrained and incompetent employee that is not even remotely capable of completing a job never-mind doing it correctly. Additionally this job was started on 5/7/20 and completion was dependent on being done in the warm weather months. Needless to say, it is not complete 10 months later. I fired Mr. Allaire for ignoring several messages requesting that this work be completed, for breach of contract and failure to perform. |

| Renaldo Stover | Unable to give less than one star. Scheduled service 6 days ago. On day of service no one shows up. Was told they scheduled it incorrectly and I could reschedule. No consideration for me wasting a day I took off from work. I asked if they could come in the evening and was told no. Guess they don't want to be inconvenienced. |
