However, they'd promise a day, no one would show up or call, we'd call, we'd repeat same promise, no show, no call. Finally spoke to owner directly the 4th time, assured me they'd be out on Saturday, but again, no show, no call. I left a message on their company voicemail, no call back at all this time. Were now forced to work with another roofer, in, what is now, winter weather. I would not recommend this company.
