| Modok Mike | As you can see from other reviews below, Holzapple Co is a pretty bad plumbing company to deal with and any home-owner from Syosset should stay away. Their SCAM is to charge a 125.00 Fee to come out and "inspect" the problem; to then have to chase them down to schedule a 2nd Visit so they can actually try and fix the problem. The Customer Service is the worst and the women in their office could not be more unprofessional to deal with. Holzapple Co is NOT a local plumber, this "local plumber" has been purchased by Petro. Zero Customer Service. Poor business model. Do yourself a favor, call Abalene down the street. |
